As a Group M&E Executive within the Meeting & Events Group Sales Cluster, you will join a dedicated team committed to delivering exceptional service in one of the most expansive and vibrant hotel groups worldwide. We are eager to welcome a new member to our Milan-based team, focusing on group sales for our German properties.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage customer inquiries, qualify leads, create proposals, and negotiate contracts for groups and events directly with clients.
  • Promote the first Radisson Collection in Germany, the only round hotel in Europe, or host your favorite band in one of the 12 hotels currently managed in the cluster.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • You are a solution-oriented individual, serving as the primary contact for our guests.
  • You can confidently negotiate in both German and English and are eager to learn additional skills during our onboarding week.
  • You enjoy exploring topics and developing them independently and proactively.
  • Professional communication in German and English is second nature to you.
  • You have prior experience in a similar role.
