Job Purpose:

As a Project Specialist for Microsoft Devices, you will play a crucial role in coordinating ongoing and upcoming projects to ensure synergy, efficiency, and accuracy in prioritization, reliability, and transparency for all project stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and document project requirements to ensure a clear understanding of project objectives and scope.
  • Track and report project and budget status to stakeholders, providing timely updates and insights.
  • Schedule problem reviews and follow up on assigned actions to ensure prompt resolution and closure.
  • Act as the primary interface for the project team, facilitating communication and scheduling of project resources and support activities.
  • Analyze unique project systems issues and provide recommendations for resolution, driving process improvements and efficiency.
  • Coordinate project schedules to ensure timely completion and alignment with business objectives.
  • Manage project meetings and maintain project schedules, providing calendar updates for project management staff.
  • Prepare information for meetings and special staff requirements, identifying required information sources and synthesizing data into actionable insights.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to execute instructions and request clarification when needed.
  • Proficiency in using common office equipment and software.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to recognize and attend to important details with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey necessary information and negotiate skillfully.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to drive tasks to completion and adjust readily to change.
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Ability to build solid, effective working relationships with others and quickly learn new systems and technology.
