About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to join our Trustworthy Shopping Experience team at Amazon Italia Services Srl - B97. As Head of Compliance and Regulatory Partnerships, you will be responsible for building and growing relationships with regulators and partner teams across Amazon.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and lead compliance programs with partner teams across Amazon.
  • Inform and advise Amazon leadership on these compliance programs.
  • Support external audits, transparency reporting, and data access requirements.
  • Manage internal partnerships in a culturally diverse environment.
  • Engage with regulatory partners on emerging requirements.
  • Build and execute internal and external communication strategies.

Requirements

  • 10 years' experience in program or product management in ecommerce or other online service.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Business proficiency in English.
  • Experience with high-scale technology programs (e.g. millions of customers, thousands of transactions per second, milliseconds of latency).
  • Experience in public policy or ecommerce legislation (e.g. GDPR).
  • Risk management background including direct working experience in building and executing compliance plans.
  • Master's degree.
  • Business proficiency in at least one other European language.
  • People management experience.
