About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) Consulting Associate to join our team in Milan, Italy. As a key member of our EHS team, you will work closely with clients across various sectors, including energy, technology, and mining, to provide technical assistance on EHS compliance, sustainability, and site investigation projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical assistance on EHS compliance, sustainability, and site investigation projects
  • Perform EHS compliance assessments and implement corrective actions to ensure compliance with relevant regulations
  • Support the development of EHS compliance and management system programs
  • Provide general EHS compliance support to clients, including on-site assistance as needed
  • Support the design and implementation of corporate Environmental, Health Safety strategies and programs for HSE and Sustainability
Requirements
  • Relevant experience across EHS and sustainability disciplines as a consultant or in industry
  • First-hand experience of on-site EHS audit and/or management systems compliance, supply chain due diligence, and similar tasks
  • Master's degree in environmental/Safety Engineering, Environmental/Natural resources Management or other relevant disciplines
  • Working knowledge of English (C1) is required, knowledge of other languages will be considered as a plus (preferred French)
  • Good knowledge of Italian HSE legislation and international HSE Sustainability Guidelines/Standards
