ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities: Provide assistance to system administrators in maintaining ESS/HBSS, including account management, system restoration, disaster recovery, configuration management, and software upgrades. Support the analysis of the MOC C2 LAN and assess HBSS requirements, including validating IPs, devices, and operating systems. Aid in the maintenance of ACAS, including dashboards, user groups, scheduled scans, and compliance with DoD cybersecurity directives. Facilitate site personnel during VRAM uploads and ensure compliance with all information assurance components. Offer training on cybersecurity measures, assist with STIG implementation, and conduct cybersecurity posture reviews. Provide technical expertise for MOC C2 system installations and upgrades, and interface with program office representatives regarding HBSS policies. Assist in resolving technical issues related to C2 MOC systems and support site personnel in vulnerability reporting and patching issues. Conduct preliminary IA testing post-integration and provide support for rapid response to emergent issues. Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related technical field, or 8+ years of relevant technical experience. Experience: At least 8 years of experience with DoD enterprise or Navy networks, including 6+ years with LINUX or Windows, and 6+ years with ESS, HBSS, and ACAS tools. Experience in network operations, server virtualization, and systems administration is required. Certifications: IAT-III certification per DoD Inst and Navy guidance is required, along with certification in Windows or Linux operating systems. Skills: Expertise in Information Assurance, knowledge of military C2 architectures, and the ability to provide training to Tier I and II personnel. Strong communication skills are essential for interaction with senior Navy/DOD officials and technical personnel. Clearance: Eligibility for Top Secret/SCI clearance is required.
