We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Senior Expert in Digital Strategy and Technology to lead the digital transformation roadmap, collaborating with stakeholders and IT leaders to drive business growth and improvement.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop DD&T solutions to business problems, adhering to enterprise architecture direction and standards.
- Prioritize initiatives by understanding business value, dependencies, and risks while balancing technical debt.
- Develop user stories and specifications for new products/services, applications, and service offerings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven initiatives and projects.
- Provide technical support and coordinate monitoring of daily operations.
- Lead the Life Cycle Management process for computerized systems, following GxP process changes.
- Coordinate hardware and software selection, purchasing, installations, upgrades, and maintenance.
- Bachelor/Master degree in IT/Computer Science/Pharmaceutical Manufacturing or relevant field with relevant years of experience in Manufacturing.
- 5+ years' experience in applying information systems solutions to business problems, with experience on large, complex Data, Digital & Technology projects from start to end.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, strong business acumen, and ability to understand and address business requirements.
- Strong and effective leadership, self-management, time management, and project/program management skills.
- Good knowledge of TechOps/DevOps, infrastructure, and system implementations.
- Experience in programming/data manipulation and analysis using tools such as SQL, Python, R, or similar languages.
- Working knowledge of SCRUM, Agile Methodologies, Change Management, Project Management.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar software.
- Familiarity with statistical concepts and techniques.
- Ability to effectively communicate and influence others across all levels of the organization to drive transformational change.
- Ability to write and speak in the English language, fluently.
