About the Role

Amplifon is seeking a Global Product Experience Manager to join our team. As a key member of our global organization, you will be responsible for designing, delivering, and rolling out new offering projects that drive transformation and maximize performance.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional project teams to design, deliver, test, and successfully roll-out offering projects
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project monitoring and coordination, anticipating and communicating project status and risks to key stakeholders
  • Gather and formalize business requirements partnering with Marketing and IT teams
  • Anticipate and manage project risks
  • Ensure timely and accurate go-to-market
  • Sizing revenues impact and ensuring performance KPIs monitoring and follow-up both during pilot and rollout phases
  • Keep a constant focus on stakeholders/system integrators/technological partners' needs

Candidate Profile

  • At least + years of Project Management experience in international transformation projects, gained in consulting or in a well-structured company
  • Strong data analysis, reporting, and project management skills
  • Excellent data-driven approach to decision making and complex problem solving, combined with business sense and commercial awareness
  • Fluency in English
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Passionate, with high ambition to value first-class delivery
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with strong entrepreneurial attitude
