  • Roles and Responsibilities: The Trainer is responsible for coordinating and executing training for all process paths in the Fulfillment Center. They evaluate and refine processes and techniques to improve learning effectiveness and production across all departments.
  • Main Tasks:
    1. Act as a supervisor for Instructors and Peer Trainers with new hires.
    2. Deliver Instructor training, observation, and coaching to the EU standard.
    3. Ensure training records are kept up to date through the console.
    4. Ensure EU training materials are kept and delivered against the EU standard and provide a positive learning experience.
    5. Use and analyze data on a daily basis to improve the NH learning experience.
    6. Provide feedback to Instructors and Peer Trainers on their delivery and new hire (NH) groups' performance.
    7. All tests/audits are completed and responses are tracked.
    8. Organize Instructor assignments and monitor cross-training for operations to support peak skill requirements.
    9. Work with operations on a skill matrix to highlight gaps for critical role training.
    10. Support operations with the delivery of critical role training.
    11. Improve processes from gathering feedback and analyzing data.
    12. Support the recruitment of Instructors and Peer Trainers.
    13. Attend meetings when required and provide necessary information.
    14. Work in partnership with agency managers to improve new hire performance.
    15. Support EU-level projects with feedback and improvements.
