Revenue Growth Manager

We are seeking a skilled Net Revenue Manager to join our Italian team at Essity. In this role, you will develop a cohesive commercial strategy for the Italian market, driving stronger financial results and contributing to the company's mission to break barriers and improve well-being.
Key Responsibilities- Utilize market intelligence, analytics, and financial data to develop strategies that influence key areas of revenue growth management (RGM) across price, promotion, product pricing and availability, mix, and trade spend efficiency.
- Develop close working relationships with cross-functional teams, leveraging existing expertise within sales, marketing, and finance to inform decisions and track success.
- Take the lead in change management across sales, marketing, and finance communities to drive a revenue management mindset and embed strategies into business-as-usual activity.
- Own local pricing roadmaps, create and align SKU-level pricing proposals in line with cluster pricing and product pricing and availability (PPA) guidelines and commitments.
- Develop harmonization plans towards targeted net pricing corridors.
- Translate cluster trade architecture frameworks into market investment choices linked to desired net revenue management outputs. Identify trade term opportunities for increased conditionality and effectiveness.
- Partner with sales, customer marketing, finance, sales operations, and portfolio and activation to ensure transparency of trade spend by account and program, helping to inform decisions and track success.
- Proven experience in revenue growth management and net revenue management, with a background in sales preferred.
- Proven ability to achieve results in a matrix organization with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent commercial understanding and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and confident presenting skills.
- Collaborative and assertive mindset.
- Fluency in Italian and English.
