In this role, you will oversee and coordinate a comprehensive Protestant Religious Education Program for the Naval Support Activity in Naples, Italy. This program caters to students from Pre-K through adult levels and aims to provide a supportive environment for individuals of all faith groups.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with the Government Command Chaplain and senior Protestant Chaplain to develop and implement a program that meets the religious needs of the community.
- Foster a sense of community and encourage participation in the program among students and volunteers.
- Recruit, train, and manage volunteer teachers and assistants to support the program's delivery.
- Maintain open communication with parents and guardians regarding program activities and requirements.
Requirements:
- Possess legal status to reside in Italy and work for US forces.
- Speak conversational English.
- Basic proficiency in computers and software.
- A bachelor's degree or higher, or at least four years documented experience in religious programs.
