The selected candidate will work closely with the Associate Director - Process Automation Parenteral, leading a team of professional engineers in the Pre-Filled Syringes module.
This role requires strong leadership and team coordination skills, along with expertise in system design, Computer System Validation (CSV), and project management.
Main Responsibilities:
- Contribute to defining priorities, objectives, business plans, resource assessments, production strategies, alternative demand management, and shutdown planning, as well as reviewing module KPIs (deviations, observations, LIFE events, etc.).
- Collaborate with the Engineering Lead Team in drafting business plans and defining system architecture evolution over a 3–5 year period.
- Oversee, through assigned PA resources, daily support, troubleshooting, problem resolution, deviation investigations, continuous improvement, and IT maintenance for PA systems within the assigned production module.
- Manage, through assigned PA resources, the execution of projects included in the module's technical agenda.
- Lead the PA team, overseeing personnel development, setting individual objectives, and assigning tasks based on roles and expertise.
Required Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Engineering (Information, Industrial, Automation, Robotics) or related scientific disciplines.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Strong expertise in system design and Computer System Validation (CSV).
- Proven experience in technical fields and project management.
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills, with an empathetic and inclusive approach.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, proactive mindset, and results-driven attitude.
