About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Ruby on Rails Developer to join our team at Develon. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our web applications using Ruby on Rails.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate user/project requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution
  • Develop and maintain high-quality code, following best practices and coding standards
  • Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to improve code quality
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in web development

Requirements

  • Strong experience with Ruby on Rails and web development
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming and design patterns
  • Good to strong knowledge of Ruby, Rails, and RubyGems
  • Good to strong knowledge of relational and/or document-oriented databases (MySql, MariaDB, MongoDB)
  • Good to strong knowledge of code versioning (Git)
