Senior ESG Consultant

Marsh Advisory è una società di consulenza manageriale che offre servizi e soluzioni di gestione del rischio per grandi e medie imprese. La società è una controllata di Marsh, leader nel brokeraggio assicurativo, ed è parte del Gruppo internazionale Marsh McLennan.

Siamo alla ricerca di una persona motivata e competente che abbia voglia di unirsi al team di ESG sul nostro ufficio di Milano.

Cosa ti aspetta:

  • Benchmarking e analisi del posizionamento dell'organizzazione in ambito ESG;
  • Definizione della strategia ESG dell'organizzazione, identificazione di obiettivi e target allineati ai Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs);
  • Identificazione e valutazione di rischi e opportunità legati alla sostenibilità, con particolare riferimento al cambiamento climatico (deep dive quantitativi);
  • Calcolo delle emissioni di GHG e supporto nello sviluppo di una metodologia finalizzata e alla progressiva riduzione degli impatti ambientali lungo tutta la catena del valore;
  • Disegno di piani di decarbonizzazione per grandi società del settore industriale;
  • Screening delle attività economiche e nella pianificazione strategica secondo gli obiettivi ambientali della Tassonomia Europea;
  • Redazione di bilanci di sostenibilità e dichiarazioni non finanziarie secondo i principali framework di riferimento;
  • Analisi e review di portafogli bancari e assicurativi, review dei criteri di Credit Management secondo logiche ESG;
  • Supporto alla redazione di piani di risposta alle richieste degli istituti bancari centrali;
  • SROI.

Requisiti:

  • Laurea magistrale in economia o percorsi similari;
  • Almeno 3 anni di esperienza in Consulenza o in una grande azienda internazionale con un focus su tematiche di ESG;
  • Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese;
  • Buone competenze commerciali e di business development;
  • Attitudine alla collaborazione;
  • Approccio analitico e propenso al problem solving;
  • Si chiede preferibilmente esperienze su clienti Finance (banche e assicurazioni).
