Position Overview

The selected candidate will report directly to the ICT Application Manager and will take charge of:

  • Managing international ICT projects related to business applications, ensuring:
    • Adherence to standard methodologies and deliverables as mandated by the Group;
    • Preparation and oversight of a comprehensive activity plan for each project phase;
    • Collection of business requirements and their compliance during the project preparation phase;
    • Management of the allocated project budget;
    • Communication with all project stakeholders regarding key milestones and project status;
    • Coordination of internal and external project teams;
    • Execution of effective end-user training sessions;
    • Successful transition to application maintenance teams.
  • Leading the demand process on a global scale, while maintaining the associated project portfolio (ICT/application);
  • Updating the application map and interface tracker;
  • Contributing to project planning and the qualification of external vendors;
  • Participating in requirement gathering and updating processes impacted by completed projects.

Qualifications

  • Master's Degree, preferably in Engineering or Economics;
  • Experience in a similar role for a minimum of 4 to 5 years;
  • A consulting mindset towards projects;
  • Familiarity with at least one of the primary project management methodologies (Agile, PMP, CMMI, Prince2, etc.);
  • Fluency in English and Italian;
  • Willingness to travel for business;
  • Knowledge of key SAP modules (MM-PP);
  • Experience in MES or Supply Chain implementation projects is a plus;
  • Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills, proactive approach, and effective communication abilities.
