About the Job:
GoFLUENT is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Russian Market Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive growth and revenue in the Russian market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Russian market
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the market
- Work closely with internal teams to develop and execute sales strategies
- Travel to customer sites across the territory to support sales efforts
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience in B2B sales, preferably in the HR services, recruitment, financial, or professional services industries
- Good understanding of the Russian market and its business landscape
- Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to build strong relationships at all levels of prospect organizations
