Key Responsibilities:

As a Senior Piping Coordinator at Jacobs, you will lead a team of engineers and designers on FEED and Detail Engineering projects. Your expertise in piping layout, pipe routing, support design, and stress analysis will be essential in guiding project teams.

You will be responsible for analyzing design changes and communicating their impact on budget and project schedule. Additionally, you will participate in 3D model reviews and communicate with clients and lead offices. Your ability to mentor small project leads and contribute to continual improvement in productivity and quality will be valuable assets.

The ideal candidate will have a Mechanical Engineering degree and a minimum of 20 years of experience in a piping department. Significant knowledge in piping layout, pipe routing, support design, stress analysis, PMS/VMS, MTO control, material requisitions, bid evaluation, and 3D design model reviews is required. Knowledge of international codes and experience with PDS/PDMS/SP3D modeling software and SPR/Navisworks review are also necessary.

Requirements:

• Mechanical Engineering degree
• Minimum 20 years of experience in a piping department
• Significant knowledge in piping layout, pipe routing, support design, stress analysis, PMS/VMS, MTO control, material requisitions, bid evaluation, and 3D design model reviews
• Knowledge of international codes
• Experience with PDS/PDMS/SP3D modeling software and SPR/Navisworks review
