La nostra azienda, Gi Group S.P.A., è alla ricerca di una risorsa per il ruolo di Junior Customer Experience CRM - Marketing. Il candidato ideale sarà responsabile della gestione dei processi di relazione con i clienti e con i prospect, coinvolgendo il CRM.
Mansioni e Responsabilità- Supporto alla localizzazione degli asset di comunicazione centrali
- Monitoraggio e reportistica attività CRM locali dei Dealer
- Supporto nell'estrazione dati e aggiornamento informazioni per la contattabilità dei clienti
- Supporto al field NITA nell'organizzazione delle attività di telemarketing Sales/After Sales dei Dealer
- Supporto reportistica Bonus rivolti alla rete Dealer
- Supporto nella reportistica delle survey sui clienti/rejectors svolte da Dekra
- Laurea in economia
- Buona conoscenza del PC (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Otte capacità analitiche
- Inglese fluente
L'azienda offre uno stage di 6 mesi e rimborso spese di 900€.
