Responsibilities

  • Manage and support HR projects, ensuring timely completion and risk mitigation;\
  • Collaborate with the HR team to optimize and digitalize HR processes for greater efficiency;\
  • Assist in HR programs and initiatives across the company, working collaboratively to solve problems;\
  • Ensure clear communication and timely reporting on project progress to stakeholders;\
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success and manage relationships for diversity initiatives;\
  • Support HR transformation efforts, implement change management strategies, and track transformation KPIs for continuous improvement.\

Requirements

\
  • \
  • Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related fields;\
  • 2-3 years of previous experience in similar roles, preferably within an HR department of a large organization;\
  • Proficiency in English and Italian;\
  • Strong project management skills, with experience in HR process mapping, digitalization, and using project management tools;\
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, complex organizational structures, and managing change projects;\
  • Strong data analysis skills and experience with reporting tools, along with familiarity with digital HR technologies.\
