Job Overview:

Goldwind is seeking a highly skilled Site Project Manager to oversee the installation of wind turbines. As a Site Project Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring project success by coordinating activities, managing stakeholder relationships, and maintaining effective communication channels.

Main Accountabilities:

  • Project Delivery
    • Lead project teams to achieve project objectives, adhering to schedules and budgets.
    • Maintain relationships with stakeholders, resolving issues promptly and effectively.
  • Team Development
    • Supervise teams in complex work environments, promoting a culture of safety and excellence.
    • Implement leadership strategies to enhance team performance and efficiency.
  • Technical Guidance
    • Provide technical expertise for WTG installations, ensuring high-quality results.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues using problem-solving skills.
  • Record Keeping
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project records, including attendance, induction programs, and safety inspections.
    • Ensure records are stored securely and accessible for auditing purposes.
  • HSE Oversight
    • Develop and implement HSE policies to maintain a safe work environment.
    • Identify and mitigate potential HSE risks proactively.

Essential Requirements:

  1. Academic education (Engineering degree) and over 5 years of experience in wind turbine construction business.
  2. Good knowledge of wind turbine installation technology and HSE system.
  3. Excellent English communication skills.
