Descrizione del Ruolo

La Persona Che Stiamo Cercando è Una/uno Senior Event Project Manager - Eventi

Il/La Candidato/a Si Occuperà In Particolare Di:

  • Interazione con i clienti per la presa e gestione di un briefing, definendo gli obiettivi e occupandosi di trasmetterlo al team del progetto;
  • Gestione e coordinamento dell'evento in ogni sua fase operativa, dalla progettazione alla produzione in operativo;
  • Coordinamento e monitoraggio del team di progetto, in tutte le fasi dell'evento;
  • Redazione, gestione e controllo di GANTT temporali del progetto e documenti operativi;
  • Redazione e gestione del budget e piano finanziario;
  • Gestione dei fornitori (occupandosi anche delle selezione secondo congruità tecnico-economica);
  • Redigere e gestire il preventivo al cliente;
  • Responsabilità del piano di produzione e del suo timing di esecuzione.
Competenze Richieste

Le Competenze Richieste Per Seguire Queste Attività Sono:

  • Esperienza comprovata di Project Management in agenzie di eventi di almeno 5 anni;
  • Ottime competenze negoziali per gestione fornitori e cliente;
  • Esperienza comprovata nella gestione in piena autonomia di una commessa dalla preparazione dell'offerta, allo svolgimento operativo fino alla chiusura della stessa;
  • Adeguata conoscenza dei principali software di lavoro, in particolare del pacchetto Office (word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.);
  • Pregressa esperienza nell'uso di sistemi gestionali;
  • Richiesta disponibilità a trasferte.
