Nestled within a 16th-century former cultural institution and boarding school, Collegio Alla Querce is an Auberge Resorts Collection destination that seamlessly blends history with modern luxury. This charming property boasts 83 elegantly appointed rooms, a stunning chapel, theater, library, two restaurants, and a bar situated in what was once the principal's office. Our picturesque grounds feature expansive lawns, five levels of Baroque gardens, a pool, garden bar, and restaurant, providing an idyllic setting for relaxation or adventure.

Your Role as a Bellperson Ambassador

As the ambassador of hospitality, you'll transcend the traditional duties of luggage transportation, crafting a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring a seamless transition into the extraordinary experiences awaiting them.

• Assist guests with the efficient transportation of luggage to and from their rooms, guaranteeing a hassle-free experience.
• Provide a warm and inviting greeting to guests upon arrival, establishing a positive first impression and offering assistance whenever needed.
• Arrange for transportation services, such as taxis or shuttles, and offer expert recommendations on local attractions, dining options, and amenities.
• Receive and deliver packages, mail, and other items for guests, ensuring secure and timely handling.
• Serve as a communication link between guests and various hotel departments, facilitating requests and coordinating services effectively.

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this esteemed role, you'll need:

• A minimum of one year's experience in the hospitality industry.
• The ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, according to department needs.
• A valid License to operate a motor vehicle.
• Advanced English language skills.

Salary and Benefits
