Luxury Events Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Luxury Events Coordinator to join our team at Villa Sant'Andrea, a Belmond Hotel. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in organizing upscale events within a prestigious 5-star hotel, contributing to a world-class guest experience.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the planning and execution of high-profile events hosted by the hotel, ensuring seamless event operations.
- Collaborate with the events team to coordinate logistics, vendor management, and audio-visual requirements.
- Interact with clients, vendors, and guests to provide exceptional service and address inquiries, maintaining a customer-centric mindset.
- Contribute to the creation of event proposals, budgets, and timelines, showcasing strong organizational and communication skills.
- Aid in the setup and breakdown of event spaces, ensuring they meet the hotel's luxury standards.
- Familiarity with Italian language (mandatory) and fluency in English, with knowledge of French being advantageous.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences, with a keen interest in the events industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management software is a plus.
