Key Responsibilities

  • Support the preparation of monthly management reporting packages for countries, identifying and analyzing route causes of variation and completing management commentary for all lines of the P&L.
  • Prepare country pack presentations and support the design, build, and upgrade of existing commercial models.
  • Partner with Country General Managers and Commercial Teams to evaluate existing and new business opportunities, performing profitability reviews on both.
  • Support the design of country commercial strategies and the adoption of standard finance tools and processes.
  • Provide input for budget and forecast cycles on defined scope, combining FP&A data analytics with business insights.
  • Clearly measure and communicate performance against established goals.
  • Control and analyze costs, and participate in current department projects and other tasks.
  • Develop analysis incorporating non-financial driver KPIs to help partners monitor leading indicators.
  • Support the development of the financial aspect of the Integrated Business Planning process.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of Finance experience, preferably in complex multinational businesses, with Commercial and Supply Chain Finance expertise.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Established financial, commercial, and strategic analysis skills.
  • Excellent data management skills.
  • Base level financial modeling skills (DCF Analysis, scenario analysis, business case development, business valuations, and operational modeling).
  • Commercial acumen with demonstrated strength in solving both structured and unstructured problems.
  • Advanced Word / Excel / PowerPoint skills.
  • Fluent level of English and Italian.

Preferred Education

  • Bachelors - Accounting, Bachelors - Business Administration/Management, Bachelors - Finance.

Preferred Level of Work Experience

  • 3 - 5 years.
