As a Commercial Development Specialist, you will play a key role in driving business development and growth in assigned areas for ASICS Italia S.R.L., our Italian subsidiary. Based in Bologna, you will be responsible for establishing winning sales strategies and partnerships with key customers, focusing on profitable market share growth within all product categories.
As a key member of our Sales Team, you will report directly to the Sales Team Lead. Your primary objective is to drive the ASICS brand's business development in your assigned area, rolling out commercial plans with key customers following the global ASICS strategy. You will also ensure continuous monitoring of sell-outs and order books, as well as cost-effective and reliable supply/delivery for the account.
You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to develop and implement commercial strategies that meet our company goals. This includes providing realistic plans and forecasts on customer performance and ensuring customer agreement compliance. Your ability to identify opportunities and collaborate effectively with others will be essential in achieving these objectives.
The ideal candidate will have at least five years of relevant work experience in industry, preferably in sport and fashion. They should possess sales expertise, project management skills, and the ability to develop and implement commercial strategies. Fluency in both written and spoken English is required, as well as experience with Microsoft Office programs.
