Program Overview

Regal Rexnord's Supply Chain Leadership Development Program is a 24-month program designed to accelerate the early career development of associates. The program combines a 'learn by doing' approach with career mentoring and select leadership and professional development training opportunities.

Program Objectives

The program's objective is to organically develop talent within the Supply Chain function in Regal Rexnord to support the company's business prospects. Participants will develop a business-oriented, cross-functional understanding of Regal Rexnord while learning the fundamentals within Supply Chain.

Program Structure

The program consists of four six-month rotations within five primary areas of focus:

  • Corporate Indirect Procurement
  • Corporate/Business Direct Procurement
  • Operational Purchasing
  • Corporate Logistics/Transportation Services
  • Operations/Warehouse Materials Management

Each rotation will provide participants with exposure to various aspects of Supply Chain, including cross-functional and cross-departmental outlook, managing direct and indirect relationships, and developing a broad-based understanding of all areas of the business.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities will vary with each rotation, but may include:

  • Managing supplier relationships and negotiating contracts
  • Developing and implementing strategic sourcing plans
  • Providing data analytics and insights to support business decisions
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business results
  • Developing and maintaining broad knowledge of technical disciplines and trends
Requirements

To be eligible for the program, candidates must have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Operations Management or a related field
  • Minimum rising senior in standing or recent graduate
  • Prior relevant co-op, internship, or work experience is a plus
  • Travel up to 30%
  • Mobility for rotations
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
