Administrative Coordinator for Italian Investment Bank

A leading investment bank in Italy is seeking an experienced administrative professional to join its team. Located in the heart of Milan, this prestigious organization offers a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and be part of a dynamic team.
As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the office, including:
- Managing agendas and scheduling meetings and conference calls
- Supporting meeting organization and coordination of client events, presentations, and business-related events
- Coordinating webex facility bookings and organizing business trips, including travel arrangements and expenses
You will also provide general support with requests from other departments, prepare documentation for meetings and conference calls, and perform administrative tasks related to deal follow-ups and document management.
The ideal candidate should have:
- Fluent English language skills, both written and oral
- Previous experience in a similar role or administration
- Good knowledge of Excel software
This temporary contract (6-12 months) has the potential to lead to a permanent position. The salary will be determined based on seniority. Working full-time in Milan city center, you will have access to a competitive compensation package and opportunities for professional growth.
