Job Title: Operations and Logistics Hub Manager

The Operations and Logistics Hub Manager is a key role responsible for overseeing the smooth and efficient running of the entire supply chain, from procurement to customer delivery. This role requires a blend of strategic planning, operational leadership, and analytical skills to ensure products get to the right place at the right time and within budget.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage and optimize all logistics flow and activities within the 3PL Italian Hub, transportation, and warehousing, including kitting activities.
  • Perform ongoing performance management of the local 3PL's, ensuring the right levels of performance and adherence to agreed contractual SLA's/code of ethics.
  • Create a mindset with the 3PL that emphasizes the importance of Clarins activities and delivers the best operationally to the subsidiary's customers, working to provide the customer experience for B2C & B2B channels.
  • Improve, maintain tactical and strategic reporting to handle daily, weekly, and monthly follow-up, supporting countries' data collecting for planning and reporting.
  • Collaborate closely with Subsidiaries to become the operations calendar timekeeper and support the local supply chain with an active needs' forecast.
  • Motivate and inspire internal stakeholders and 3PL partners, showing leadership & entrepreneurial spirit mixed with Clarins values and continuous improvement.
  • Warehouse audit responsible, investigate lost and found, damages, and product inversion in the logistic flow.
  • Support locally, Central IT to smooth interfaces connection and alignment, taking into consideration processes improvement.
