Position Overview

We are seeking a Production Development Specialist for our High Voltage Business Unit. This role is essential in crafting, enhancing, and executing innovative production methodologies aimed at achieving efficient and cost-effective mass production.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design optimal layouts for manufacturing equipment to maximize efficiency and productivity.
  • Establish the workflow of production tasks, detailing procedures for tool and equipment fabrication, while adapting machinery to meet factory conditions.
  • Conduct comprehensive testing throughout the production phases to maintain control over relevant variables and address production challenges.
  • Collaborate with product design engineering to provide insights on technical specifications that leverage equipment and manufacturing techniques effectively.
  • Ensure adherence to regulations in all production processes and procedures.
  • Analyze and implement advanced methods and technologies to advance smart manufacturing initiatives.
  • Work closely with production management to uphold world-class standards in our production lines.
  • Lead the integration of smart technologies, driving the digitalization and automation of our manufacturing processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Proficient in both Italian and English (B2-C1 level).
  • Familiarity with 3D modeling tools is advantageous.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities are essential.
