About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced TEOA Site Leader to join our team at TE Connectivity Corporation. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of digital transformation initiatives at our site, driving business growth and improvement through the effective use of technology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a site-level digital transformation plan, aligned with the company's overall strategy and goals.
  • Collaborate with site management and cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize digital transformation opportunities.
  • Lead the deployment of digital solutions, including the development and implementation of value stream mapping and TEOA tools.
  • Drive the adoption of digital technologies, such as MES, and ensure their effective use across the site.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of site employees in digital transformation and TEOA.
  • Monitor and report on the progress of digital transformation initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and recommending corrective actions.
  • Ensure the successful implementation of digital transformation projects, meeting or exceeding business objectives and key performance indicators.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering or business administration.
  • 10-15 years of professional experience in a leadership role, with a focus on digital transformation and process improvement.
  • Proven track record of leading digital transformation initiatives, with a strong understanding of value stream mapping and TEOA tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and prioritize digital transformation opportunities.
  • Experience with digital technologies, such as MES, and a strong understanding of their application in a manufacturing environment.
