Key Responsibilities- Project Management: Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely completion and adherence to company standards.
- Analysis and Quality Control: Conduct analytical testing and quality control procedures to ensure accuracy and reliability of results.
- Instrumentation and Software: Operate and maintain analytical instrumentation and software, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with regulations.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including clients, to discuss progress and present analytical results.
- Documentation and Training: Develop and maintain documentation, including study protocols, analytical methods, and SOPs, and contribute to technical training and updating of procedures.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Biology, Chemistry, CTF, or Pharmacy.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in analytical development, quality control, or a related field.
- Skills: In-depth knowledge of analytical techniques and instrumentation, familiarity with GLP/GMP and laboratory management systems, and fluency in Italian and English.
