Job Summary:
The Banquet Bartender is responsible for providing exceptional service to guests at The Inn at Villanova University. This role involves setting up and operating event bars, preparing and serving beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and stock bar area with beverages, condiments, and supplies
- Greet guests, take orders, and serve in a friendly and courteous manner
- Maintain professionalism and assess guest needs and preferences
- Keep the bar organized, stocked, and clean
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Basic knowledge of beverages and food items, and cleaning practices, RAMP certification required
- 1 year food service experience
- Oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
