Job Description
The Account Payable Specialist will play a critical role in strengthening our Accounts Payable and Receivable Team, based in Maranello, Italy. This position involves coordinating accounting personnel in daily tasks, overseeing the activities of the Operation team, and ensuring accurate reporting and ledger maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate accounting personnel in daily tasks
- Oversee the activities of the Operation team
- Ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance
- Supervise accounts payable process and accounts receivable billing process
- Tax compliance support
- Assist company in executing company policies and compliance procedures
- Credit analysis and check of the provision for doubtful accounts
- Participate in the monthly Credit Committee
- Management of strategic meetings with customers and suppliers
- Coordination of accounting projects: automation of invoice registration, efficiency of business processes in Accounts Payable and Receivable area
Required Profile
To succeed in this challenging role, you will ideally have achieved excellent academic results in the economics field, and you will have gained at least 5 years of dedicated experience in Accounting with an IT GAAP, IAS/IFRS background.
