We are seeking a Clinical Start-up Manager to lead cross-functional project teams globally for assigned studies in the start-up phase. The ideal candidate will ensure adherence to Good Clinical Practices, investigator integrity, and compliance with all study procedures.

Key responsibilities include monitoring study timelines, patient recruitment, and budget at the start-up phase. The successful candidate will also participate in bid defense, client, investigator, and team meetings.

Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in life sciences and at least 2 years of experience as a Clinical Start-up Manager within a Contract Research Organization (CRO). Proficiency in commercial studies in the start-up stage and experience in clinical studies phase II-III are also essential.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be fluent in English and Italian. This is a full-time position (FTE: 1.0).
