Bid Manager for Civil Infrastructure Projects

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Bid Manager to join our team at Tn Italy. As a key member of our commercial department, you will be responsible for coordinating the entire proposal development process, from understanding customer needs to the final presentation of the proposal.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client relationships and collaborate with the technical team to ensure consistency between the technical and commercial proposals.
  • Closely collaborate with our internal tender office to jointly manage the administrative aspects of public and private tenders.
  • Oversee multidisciplinary teams involved in preparing technical and commercial proposals.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in the role of Proposal Manager, preferably in projects related to Public Infrastructure works, at both national and international levels.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Infrastructure Civil Work sector, preferably with a background in Civil Design and/or Hydraulic engineering.
  • Proven skills in managing proposals and bids, including overseeing multidisciplinary teams involved in preparing technical and commercial proposals.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with particular attention to detail and proposal presentation.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Italian procurement codes.
  • Fluency in Italian, English, and French.
