About the Role:
We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Expansion Manager to join our team at limehome. As a key member of our expansion team, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our hospitality business in Italy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing and Analyzing New Opportunities: Identify, analyze, and negotiate new real estate deals for Italy, creating business plans and pitching opportunities to stakeholders.
- Project Coordination: Collaborate with internal stakeholders and plan project timelines independently.
- Property Inspections and Negotiations: Conduct property inspections, negotiate and execute tenancy agreements.
- Contract Management: Structure, draft, and proof-read contracts.
Requirements:
- Education: Commercial university degree in business administration or a comparable qualification, such as a Master's degree in Real Estate.
- Experience: Minimum 4 years of professional experience in real estate development, with a strong network in the Italian real estate market and a proven track record of achieving growth goals.
- Language Skills: Excellent communication skills in Italian and English.
- Market Knowledge: Strong knowledge of the residential and hospitality real estate market in Italy.
- Personal Qualities: Open, committed, and analytical, with a creative approach to problem-solving.
