- Enhance team skills providing training and mentorship, fostering teamwork, giving regular feedback, encouraging open communication, recognizing achievements, and promoting continuous improvement

Requirements:
- Solid experience (5+ years) in fast-paced environments (startup, investment banking, top consulting firms, or top tech companies)
- Relevant experience leading cross-functional teams with 4+ people
- Data-driven mentality, taking decisions based on data and using good business judgment when necessary
- Persuasive in the most pleasant possible way and have no trouble selling anything that brings value to customers/partners and the Glovo platform
- Good judgment and assertiveness, owning up to mistakes facing any situation with an optimistic approach
- Extremely curious and have a desire to acquire a deep understanding of new topics
- Find smart and elegant solutions to complex and multi-disciplinary challenges with a great critical-thinking
- Extremely agile and thrive in ambiguous environments
- Respectful, kind, and fair
- All current and former reports speak highly of you as a manager and leader
