Manufacturing Supervisor

We're looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Manufacturing Supervisor at our Sesto Fiorentino facility. As a key member of our cross-functional team, you will be responsible for leading a team of operators in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate production activities within the assigned team
  • Ensure the execution of production plans and respond promptly to any issues that may arise
  • Verify and sign off on process operations recorded on work sheets
  • Ensure compliance with GMP regulations, vesting procedures, data integrity, and process operating procedures governing pharmaceutical manufacturing
  • Participate in the development of production plans
  • Ensure adherence to safety and environmental regulations
  • Investigate deviations and write related reports upon request
  • Lead process improvement initiatives
  • Manage training activities for team members
  • Collaborate proactively and continuously with the team to evaluate personnel, upholding company values
  • Encourage and support collaboration between shift personnel and the cross-functional team, providing support during organizational and analytical phases
  • Manage the integration of new resources into the team
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in a scientific field (Engineering, CTF, Chemistry, Biology, etc.)
  • Proficiency in English (minimum level B2)
  • Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills
  • Continuous Improvement mindset
  • Team working
Preferred Requirements:
  • Prior experience in the role, gained in structured corporate environments
