Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Marketing Professional to join our Immunology sales team in Italy. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for achieving brand sales objectives, developing and implementing territory business plans, and working collaboratively with our alliance partners to deliver overall objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Achieve Sales Objectives: Manage territory budget and expenses to achieve brand sales objectives.
  2. Develop Business Plans: Create and implement territory business plans based on market insights and marketing brand plans.
  3. Strategic Planning: Use key data sources to develop territory action plans and ensure timely updates in response to changing market dynamics.
  4. Administrative Duties: Perform all required administrative duties, including expense reports, marketing and field insight reports, and call reporting.
  5. Compliance: Work within Regeneron's regulatory and legal compliance guidelines.
  6. Collaboration: Attend local, regional, and national meetings as directed and work collaboratively with our alliance partners.
Requirements
  1. Customer Engagement: Possess superior customer engagement skills with a focus on delivering value.
  2. Technical Competence: Possess excellent technical competence and the ability to conduct disease/concept selling.
  3. Communication Skills: Demonstrate superb written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  4. Planning and Organization: Possess excellent planning and organizational skills.
  5. Presentation Skills: Ability to present ideas effectively to individuals or groups, targeting presentation to the needs of the audience.
  6. Independence: Ability to work independently to complete strategic and tactical plans under tight timelines.
  7. Computer Literacy: Be computer literate, including the ability to use word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and email software.
  8. Education: Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent).
  9. Experience: Minimum five (5) years sales representative experience in the pharmaceutical industry at hospital level.
  10. Desirable Experience: Previous experience in biologic market highly desirable, respiratory and/or gastroenterology experience a plus.
