Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Marketing Professional to join our Immunology sales team in Italy. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for achieving brand sales objectives, developing and implementing territory business plans, and working collaboratively with our alliance partners to deliver overall objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Achieve Sales Objectives: Manage territory budget and expenses to achieve brand sales objectives.
- Develop Business Plans: Create and implement territory business plans based on market insights and marketing brand plans.
- Strategic Planning: Use key data sources to develop territory action plans and ensure timely updates in response to changing market dynamics.
- Administrative Duties: Perform all required administrative duties, including expense reports, marketing and field insight reports, and call reporting.
- Compliance: Work within Regeneron's regulatory and legal compliance guidelines.
- Collaboration: Attend local, regional, and national meetings as directed and work collaboratively with our alliance partners.
- Customer Engagement: Possess superior customer engagement skills with a focus on delivering value.
- Technical Competence: Possess excellent technical competence and the ability to conduct disease/concept selling.
- Communication Skills: Demonstrate superb written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Planning and Organization: Possess excellent planning and organizational skills.
- Presentation Skills: Ability to present ideas effectively to individuals or groups, targeting presentation to the needs of the audience.
- Independence: Ability to work independently to complete strategic and tactical plans under tight timelines.
- Computer Literacy: Be computer literate, including the ability to use word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and email software.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent).
- Experience: Minimum five (5) years sales representative experience in the pharmaceutical industry at hospital level.
- Desirable Experience: Previous experience in biologic market highly desirable, respiratory and/or gastroenterology experience a plus.
