Job Summary

The Associate Director of Drug Products External Manufacturing is responsible for providing technical leadership and expertise to ensure the highest level of equipment reliability and manufacturing efficiency in our external manufacturing operations. This role requires strong technical expertise and leadership skills to lead engineering teams, project teams, and contract manufacturers.

Responsibilities
  • Safety & Quality: Ensure safety and quality requirements are met during all phases of project execution and operations.
  • People Leadership: Lead process engineering and automation activities, and provide development and training for teams.
  • Technical Excellence: Manage equipment reliability, tech transfer, and continuous improvement for parenteral, device, and packaging technologies.
