The Gritti Palace, a Luxury Collection Hotel, is seeking an Executive Housekeeper to lead its housekeeping team. As a key member of the hotel's management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and service in all guest rooms and public areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the daily housekeeping operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of housekeeping staff.
  • Monitor and control departmental expenses to achieve budgeted goals.
  • Ensure that all guest rooms and public areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness and maintenance.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in housekeeping management, preferably in a luxury hotel environment.
  • Fluent Italian and English language skills.
  • Valid work permit for Italy.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
