We are Startup Bakery Srl, an Italian startup studio that specializes in creating SaaS startups with a B2B focus. Our team is made up of founders, investors, and serial entrepreneurs who are passionate about open innovation, lean startup methodologies, and cloud technologies.

Requirements
- Entrepreneurial Mindset: You must be open to risk and have anxiety management skills.
- 7+ Years of Experience in Digital Roles: You must have relevant experience in digital roles.
- Middle or Top Manager in Your Current or Past Company: You must have management experience.
- Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills: You must be able to communicate effectively.
- Open Minded and Multicultural Approach: You must be open-minded and adaptable to change.
- Proactivity and Willingness to Experiment with Curiosity: You must be proactive and willing to experiment.
- Fluent English: You must have fluent English skills.
Bonus Points
- Previous Experience in a Startup Environment as Founder/Co-Founder: Experience as a founder or co-founder in a startup environment is a plus.
- Experience on Digital Products, Preferably SaaS: Experience with digital products, especially SaaS, is a plus.
- Having an Investors or/and Tech Network: Having a network of investors or tech professionals is a plus.
