We are seeking a skilled Logistics Operations Specialist to join our team at BDP International. As a key member of our logistics operations department, you will play a vital role in coordinating and executing customer orders in accordance with their requirements and/or procedures based on PSA BDP Ethics.
Your responsibilities will include contacting dedicated customers for instructions/reminders, processing agent and early warning messages, and communicating information to customers and partners in parallel. You will also be responsible for handling anomalies/disputes, proposing corrective and preventive measures, and monitoring the quality of service center services.
In addition, you will work closely with warehouse teams and other subcontractors to ensure seamless execution of customer orders. Your ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively to customers and internal stakeholders is crucial in this role.
To succeed in this position, you will require strong communication skills in English (minimum B2), computer literacy with Microsoft Software applications, and preferably a professional degree from a licensed educational institution specialized in logistics and forwarding. A minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics and forwarding operations/regulations and documentation is also essential.
