Job Summary

We're seeking a highly experienced Lean Management Specialist to join our Transformation and Operation department. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for rolling out Lean Management methodology across the Mediterranean Africa Region, monitoring adoption metrics, and coaching Team Leaders on lean tools and management.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute action plans to improve quality, productivity, and cost savings
  • Design and implement corrective action plans to eliminate wasteful practices and processes
  • Create and implement training and staff development programs
  • Identify and implement new technologies and processes
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of quality control departments
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop data-driven solutions
Requirements
  • Education: Degree in finance, engineering, technical, or business
  • Experience: At least 7-10 years in operations and lean management in financial services or industrial organizations
  • Lean management certifications and knowledge of key lean tools
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Fluency in English and Italian
