Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Professional to join our team at Distal. As a Sales Professional, you will be responsible for managing key accounts, negotiating contracts, and maintaining accurate records and reporting. If you have a strong background in sales and a passion for the travel trade, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage key accounts by meeting with clients virtually, on the phone, or during sales visits.
Negotiate and manage contracts and support commercial requests.
Attend conferences, trade exhibitions, events, and present and deliver presentations on company & product to the travel trade and key customers.
Maintain accurate records and reporting.
Monitor market trends, sales performance, and market potential to propose best practice and adapt sales and commercial strategies.

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree related to travel trade studies (business administration, tourism, economics, communication, or related fields).
Professional experience in sales in the travel sector with a minimum of 3 years experience.
Airline experience will be preferred.
Self-motivated, resilient with strong communication skills.
Ability to influence and negotiate with great follow-up.
Fluency in spoken and written English is mandatory.
Knowledge of industry distribution tools such as GDS and other analytical systems.
IT skills and full user of MS Office programs.
Be available to travel within and outside the Italian territory.
Driving license and car.
