Job Summary
ERM seeks a motivated Senior Consultant with experience in Environmental Impact Assessment and Permitting to join our growing and successful Capital Projects Delivery team.
About the Role
As a Senior Consultant, you will support the delivery of large-scale capital development projects, including for oil and gas, renewables, and infrastructure sector clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and help manage large, multidisciplinary, national or international projects such as renewables, hydrogen, CCSU, diversified energy, and infrastructure projects.
- Contribute technical, subject matter, or project management expertise on permitting strategies, due diligence reviews, and impact assessment deliverables (EIA, ESHIA, VIA).
- Demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent writing, and presentation skills.
Requirements
- Motivated to proactively contribute to a team environment and share knowledge, skills, and ideas.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in environmental science, engineering, or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in a consulting environment.
- EIA (Environmental Impact Assessment) experience.
- Excellent language skills (English and Italian mandatory).
- Excellent report writing, data collation, and management/presentation skills.
- Geographic Information System experience is a plus.
- Enthusiasm, initiative, flexibility, and a desire to work in a growing team.
