Job Description

At CORCYM, we are seeking a skilled Global Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving the development and execution of product marketing plans that align with our strategic vision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development of global product positioning, pricing, promotion, and distribution plans to drive market growth and expansion.
  • Participate in strategies that drive marketing objectives throughout the product life cycle, from idea generation to launch and operation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key user needs and develop market development opportunities.
  • Develop and execute the Corporate Communication strategy, including external facing channels such as website, social media, and newsletter.
  • Drive management of products under your responsibility, including launch, end-of-life planning, and ongoing maintenance.
Essential Job Functions
  • Support the Global Strategic Marketing team in developing a strategic plan and translating it into an annual global marketing plan.
  • Develop relationships with Sales and Marketing personnel across all geographies to support local marketing programs, launches, and initiatives.
  • Deliver regular calls with regional counterparts to ensure aligned approach to value creation for marketing CORCYM assets.
  • Develop sales and marketing collateral and tools to increase sales force effectiveness.
  • Capture relevant scientific facts and package them into a cohesive communication model for customers and sales personnel.
  • Monitor market trends, track competitors' products, and put strategies in place to highlight potential threats and promote CORCYM portfolio growth.
  • Support preparation and execution of new product/solution/asset launches.
  • Support Business Development activities with technical support and coordinating Voice of Customers activities.
  • Develop and maintain consistent brand guidelines for promoted products and build brand equity globally.

Education and Experience

We are looking for candidates with an Engineer or Master degree background in Marketing/Business/Management and medical device environment knowledge. Ideally 3-4 years of experience in a medical device company.

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
