About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Industrial Efficiency Specialist to join our team at Momentive. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Chemical Engineering and extensive experience in process engineering, with a focus on optimizing manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and increase production rates.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of existing processes to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to optimize them.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new processes, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption to operations.
  • Implement Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to drive continuous improvement and eliminate waste throughout the organization.
  • Develop and maintain detailed documentation of process changes and improvements, including implementation plans and post-implementation reviews.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience in process engineering, with a strong understanding of Lean and Six Sigma principles.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with experience in data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Fluency in English and Italian languages.

What We Offer:

At Momentive, we offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
