Job Description:

The IT Functional Analyst will play a critical role in gathering requirements and serving as a link between business and development teams. This position will inform strategic decisions in our banking services division.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders to ensure project objectives align with business strategies.
  • Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to banking services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive improvements in processes and systems.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior management to inform business strategies.
  • Translate requirements into suitable language for internal stakeholders.
  • Document requirements from various stakeholders.
  • Ability to draw flowcharts and diagrams.
Profile Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a IT Functional Analyst in the banking sector.
  • Ability to analyze financial data, foresee potential challenges, and propose effective solutions.
  • Understanding of financial decision-making processes and their impact on the system.
  • Proficiency in understanding and integrating different systems, applications to ensure seamless data flow and process integration.
  • Skill in eliciting, analyzing, and documenting requirements from various stakeholders to ensure that the integrated systems meet business needs and objectives.
  • Excellent documentation skills to prepare and deliver various documents required in the project.
  • Proficiency in creating and managing user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria to capture and prioritize requirements.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with various stakeholders in an international context and present information clearly and concisely.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • 3 days/week on-site working in Milan.
  • 3-6 years of experience as IT Functional Analyst.
