About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Executive Assistant to support the Motorsport Business Unit at Pirelli. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to the Motorsport Director, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and contributing to the success of our global business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the Motorsport Director's internal and external communications, including correspondence and calendar organization.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and appointments, both domestically and internationally.
  • Prepare and submit expense reports, as well as maintain accurate filing systems.
  • Support the development of presentations, spreadsheets, reports, and other materials for the Motorsport Business Unit.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Fluency in Italian and English.
  • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality.
