Key Responsibilities:
As an Artificial Intelligence Technical Specialist at Vodafone, autonomy and problem-solving are crucial skills. You will work independently, making informed decisions, and effectively solve complex problems. Time management skills are also essential to meet deadlines. Collaboration and continuous learning are vital to your success in this role.
Core Competencies, Knowledge, and Experience:
- Programming Languages: Deep knowledge of PHP and Python is required.
- Database Management: Proficiency in data manipulation, including SQL and Hadoop/Spark/NoSQL, is essential.
- Artificial Intelligence: Advanced skills in machine learning and generative AI, including scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch, are necessary.
- Frameworks and Libraries: Familiarity with major frameworks and libraries for PHP, Python, and AI is required.
- Experience: At least 5 years of software development experience, preferably in AI-related contexts, is required.
Must Haves:
- Technical Qualifications: Deep knowledge of IP-networking (CISCO certifications preferred), IT process development (ITIL certification preferred), and engineering degree or equivalent is required.
- Professional Qualifications: At least 3 years of experience in tech companies/software houses is required.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Compliance with PA activation plans.
- Compliance with SLA on customer activation and GNP for PA.
- Technical NPS and delivery quality indicators for PA.
